"The Life for a Village Project" is a comprehensive development initiative implemented by Çare Derneği to improve living standards in villages in Africa that have difficulty accessing water. This project aims to meet both the physical and spiritual needs of the villagers by drilling deep water wells, building water storage tanks, fountains, mosques, tap points, WC and shower cabins, hafiz schools, and dining halls. This project, inspired by the Ottoman tradition, aims to leave lasting works that will continue as perpetual charity until the end of time.
Our project's primary target is villages in Africa that have difficulty accessing water. These villages face serious health and hygiene problems due to their distance from water sources and the inadequacy of existing water sources. Water scarcity leads to the spread of diseases, a decrease in agricultural productivity, and a decline in quality of life.
However, our project is not limited to meeting water needs but also undertakes significant work for the education and housing needs of orphaned children. We ensure that children grow up and receive education in a safe environment by building orphanages and hafiz schools in target areas. Additionally, we aim to strengthen social solidarity and spiritual bonds by constructing mosques and fountains. In summary, "A Life for a Village" projects aim to increase social welfare by supporting sustainable development in villages.
Construction and Implementation: It will be completed within 7-10 months after the donation is completed.
