As Çare Association, our humanitarian aid efforts across various regions of Africa continue at full speed. Currently, in Tanzania, we are bringing hope to thousands of patients with the extraordinary efforts of our volunteer Turkish doctors in our health camp.
In our Tanzania Health Camp, which began on January 2, 2025, we are providing services in many fields, including eye care, pediatric surgery, and general surgery. After conducting comprehensive health screenings in the first two days, our team launched an intensive surgical program on January 4, which is ongoing with great momentum.
Our three ophthalmologists continue to perform cataract surgeries for visually impaired individuals. So far, over 50 patients have regained their vision. You can fully fund a surgery for 3,000 TL or contribute 1,000 TL to help change lives through these operations.
Our two pediatric surgeons and one general surgery specialist are working tirelessly to bring smiles to the faces of Tanzania’s most vulnerable children. By addressing congenital anomalies and performing hernia surgeries, we are providing these children with a healthier future.
Our volunteer Turkish doctors are training local doctors during surgeries, sharing modern medical techniques. This initiative aims to enhance the quality of healthcare services in the region through the transfer of knowledge and expertise.
You can support our camp, which will continue until January 10, by making a health donation on our website. Remember, we are merely facilitators!
Thank you for your support.
